Frequently asked questions

Is this a subscription?

No. It's one purchase of $229. You get every new template we add through December 31, 2026, and you can keep using the templates after that. There's nothing to renew.

Do schools need Canva Pro?

No. Many buyers use free Canva. If you add a premium Canva element while editing, Canva may ask you to upgrade or buy that element.

Can we change the colors and logos?

Yes. Colors, fonts, photos, logos, names, schedules and text are all editable in Canva.

Is this only for high schools?

No. Middle schools, high schools, small colleges, clubs, rec programs, booster clubs and homeschool co-ops use them too.

Does one purchase cover every team?

Yes. One purchase covers your whole school or program. A second school or an unrelated team needs its own purchase.
