1. Digital Products
Season Suite Sports sells digital products only. No physical items will be shipped.
All templates, graphics, downloads, and resources are delivered electronically through our website and/or linked digital resources.
2. Refunds & Returns
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and digital products are non-refundable.
Once a file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
If you experience a technical issue with a file (such as download errors or file corruption), please contact us at becki@seasonsuitesports.com within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a working file replacement as quickly as possible.
Refunds may be considered only in rare situations where:
- a duplicate purchase was made, or
- there is a confirmed issue on our part that cannot be resolved.
3. License & Usage
All digital templates, downloads, and resources are for personal or organizational use only (team, school, program, booster club, nonprofit, or sports organization).
Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied for resale, or transferred beyond the original purchaser’s intended use.
Modification of templates for your own team, organization, or event is permitted. However, resale or redistribution of modified versions is strictly prohibited.
4. Canva & Third-Party Platforms
Some products are designed for use with Canva. Season Suite Sports is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva.
Customers are responsible for maintaining any required third-party accounts or software needed to access and edit templates.
5. General Terms
Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products or services at any time.
By purchasing and downloading our products, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Store Policies.
Season Suite Sports reserves the right to update or revise these policies at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting on this website.
