Hi, we’re Becki and Jim — the husband-and-wife team behind Season Suite Sports, formerly Team Mom Boutique.
Season Suite was created to help coaches, team parents, booster clubs, and program leaders stay organized, look professional, and spend less time stressing over everything that happens behind the scenes of a sports season.
We know how busy team life can be because we’ve lived it from just about every angle — as athletes, parents, coaches, volunteers, and now business owners supporting sports programs across the country.
Why We Started This
Like so many families, our lives have revolved around youth sports.
Our daughters spent years in competitive cheer, and Becki was a team mom for their cheer teams, so we saw firsthand how much work happens behind the scenes — communication, fundraising, scheduling, social media, senior night, team gifts, events, and all the little details that keep a season moving.
Becki also grew up playing sports, including ice hockey and soccer, cheering, and trying just about every sport along the way. Jim grew up playing ice hockey and lacrosse and now coaches a middle school lacrosse team here in Wilmington.
So when we say we understand busy sports seasons, we really mean it.
We understand the athlete side, the parent side, the coach side, the team mom side, and the behind-the-scenes side — where so much of the work happens.
At some point, we realized there had to be an easier way to help teams stay organized, promote their athletes, and create polished content without starting from scratch every time.
That’s where Season Suite began.

A Little About Us
Before starting Season Suite, Becki spent much of her career at IBM working in project management, IT, and digital tools. That experience, combined with her background in photography and design, shaped the way our templates are built — practical, organized, polished, and easy to use.
Jim spent his career in corporate technology sales before deciding to join Season Suite full time. His background in sports, coaching, and business operations helps us continue building tools that work for real teams, real coaches, and real families.
What started as a small Etsy shop creating cheer gift tags has grown into a 5-star, top-rated template business supporting thousands of teams, families, and sports programs.
