Team Branding Setup Service for Sports Templates

Want your sports template pack set up for your team before you start editing?

The Team Branding Setup Service is a premium add-on service for eligible Season Suite Sports template packs and bundles. Instead of updating every template from scratch, we’ll set up your selected Canva template pack with your team colors, team name, and provided logo so you can begin with a more polished, team-branded version.

This service is perfect for busy coaches, team parents, booster clubs, athletics staff, and school programs who want a faster, easier starting point.

Important: This is an add-on service only.
The template pack or bundle must also be purchased separately. This product does not include the template pack itself.

What’s Included with the Team Branding Setup Service

Your selected setup may include:

• Team color updates throughout the eligible template pack
• Team name added where applicable
• Provided logo placed where appropriate
• Basic branding setup across eligible Canva templates
• One minor revision for color, team name spelling, or logo placement
• Customized Canva link delivered after setup is complete

Eligible Template Packs and Bundles

The Team Branding Setup Service is available for select Season Suite Sports products, including:

• Pro Pack 78
• Ultimate Season Suite Collection 85 (if purchasing the Season Starter Bundle we can update the 85 pack included in that purchase.)
• Ultimate College Recruiting Bundle

The Season Toolkit requires an additional add-on because it includes a larger number of templates and takes more time to update.

How It Works

1. Purchase your eligible Season Suite Sports template pack or bundle.
2. Add the Team Branding Setup Service to your order.
3. Complete the Google branding form after purchase.
4. Provide your team name, team colors, logo file if available, and order details.
5. We update your eligible Canva template pack and send your customized Canva link when it is ready.

Turnaround time begins after your Google Form is complete and all needed files are received.

Turnaround Time

Standard setup: 3–5 business days after all details are received
Toolkit or full bundle setup: 5–7 business days after all details are received

Rush service is not included unless arranged before purchase.

What’s Not Included

The Team Branding Setup Service does not include:

• Custom logo design
• Roster entry
• Schedule entry
• Player photo updates
• Sponsor entry
• Copywriting
• Full custom redesign
• New template creation
• Unlimited revisions

If you do not have a logo, we can still set up your templates using your team name and team colors.

Logo File Note

For best results, please provide a transparent PNG, SVG, or high-quality logo file. If your logo is low resolution, blurry, or difficult to use, we will do our best with the file provided but cannot guarantee a perfect result.

Photo & Image Disclosure

Some athlete, team, and logo-style images shown in product previews may be AI-generated placeholder images used to demonstrate the design layout and branding setup process. These sample images are for demonstration purposes only and can be replaced with your own team photos, logos, and branding.

Digital Service Note

This is a digital customization service. No physical product will be shipped. Your customized Canva link will be delivered after the branding setup is complete.
